Do you deliver Australia wide?
Yes. We arrange transport to metro and regional sites and can place the machine, fit the payment system and hand over on site.
Can I make money from a vending machine?
It depends on foot traffic and product margin. A well-placed snack or combo machine on a busy site typically returns its purchase price well inside two years, which is why site selection matters more than machine choice.
What happens with GST, invoicing and price changes?
All prices are quoted plus GST unless stated as GST inclusive, and invoices are issued with an ABN and full line items for machine, payment system and transport. Retail prices in the machine can be adjusted at any refill if your team says something is priced wrong.
Do you service regional and multi-site businesses?
Yes. Regional centres run on scheduled routes rather than ad-hoc visits, which is what keeps them viable. Multi-site businesses get one agreement, one invoice and one contact across every location rather than a separate deal per building.
How do you work out the right machine size for us?
From headcount, shift pattern and how far the nearest shop is. Under about 40 people a combination machine usually beats two separate units; above roughly 150 people a single machine will run empty before the next refill, so capacity is split.
