What $0 placement includes
A placed machine is our asset sitting on your floor. You supply the space and the power point; we supply everything else and we only make money when someone buys a drink. That alignment matters — an empty machine earns us nothing, so keeping it full is our problem, not your office manager's.
- Delivery, positioning and commissioning by our own installers
- A refrigerated single- or multi-zone drink machine matched to your headcount
- Cashless card reader fitted as standard, plus coin and note acceptance if you want it
- Scheduled restocking, rotation of slow lines and full breakdown support
- No lock-in purchase, no lease document, no service invoice
Do we qualify for a free machine?
The honest answer is that placement works on volume. We look at how many people can reach the machine on an average day, not just how many are on the payroll. A 25-person office where everyone is on site five days a week is a better placement than a 60-person business where most staff are mobile.
Sites that consistently qualify include manufacturing and warehousing, transport depots, hospitals and clinics, gyms and leisure centres, hotels and caravan parks, apartment lobbies, trade suppliers, and any workplace running shift work. If your numbers are marginal, a combination machine or a paid hire arrangement usually still stacks up, and we will tell you which one fits.
What our service actually covers
Placement is a service agreement, not a finance product. Here is the practical shape of it.
- Site check: headcount, access hours, floor space, power and delivery path
- Machine and planogram proposal, including a chilled water and sugar-free split
- Install, usually within 2–3 weeks of agreement depending on stock
- Telemetry-driven refills so restocking follows sales, not a fixed calendar
- Free relocation or removal if the site changes
Frequently asked questions
Is a free drink vending machine really free?
Yes. There is no purchase price, rental, delivery fee or service charge. We recover our costs from product sales, so the only money that changes hands at your site is between the machine and the person buying a drink.
How many staff do we need for free placement?
As a guide, around 30 or more people with daily on-site access. Sites with public foot traffic, shift work or 24-hour operation often qualify with fewer staff because the machine is used across a longer trading window.
Who pays for the electricity?
The site does. A modern refrigerated drink machine draws roughly $1.50–$3.00 of power per week depending on your tariff, ambient temperature and how often the door is opened.
Can we choose the drinks?
Yes. You pick the lines and we build the planogram around them, including sugar-free, water, juice, energy drinks and any local brand your people actually ask for. The mix is reviewed once sales data comes through.
What happens if the machine breaks down?
Call or email us and we attend. Repairs, parts and any refunds owed to your staff are our cost, not yours.
