Yes. There is no purchase price, no rental, no service fee and no lock-in contract. We own the machine, deliver it, install it, stock it and service it. Our return comes from the products sold, so staff simply pay normal retail prices at the machine.
How long does installation take?
Most installations are completed in under an hour once the site is approved. You need a standard 10 amp power point within about two metres and a level floor with clear access.
Who restocks and repairs the machine?
We do. Restocking frequency is based on your machine's telemetry and sales history, and breakdown attendance is included at no cost to the site.
Can I choose the products in the snack machine?
Yes. Every site gets a planogram consultation, so you can weight the machine toward healthier options, remove nut products for allergy reasons, or keep the staff favourites that already sell.
Do snack machines need refrigeration?
A standard snack machine is ambient and needs only a power point. If you want fresh sandwiches, yoghurt or dairy snacks you need a chilled snack or food machine instead.
