We supply the agreed machine(s) to the site address below, install them and set up the agreed payment system. Delivery timing is confirmed by us in writing after this agreement is signed.
On free placement and hire, the machine remains our property. You provide a suitable, sheltered indoor space, a standard 10 amp power point within about two metres, and reasonable access for refills and service during your normal opening hours.
On a purchase, ownership passes to you on full payment of the invoice. Machine prices exclude GST, payment system and transport unless the quote states otherwise.
Product selections, pricing on the machine and refill frequency can be changed by agreement once sales data shows what your people buy.
You agree not to move, modify or service a placed machine yourself, and to let us know promptly about faults, vandalism or site changes such as a move or closure.
Either party may end a free placement or hire arrangement with 30 days written notice. We remove the machine at no cost to you unless it has been damaged or is unreasonably inaccessible.
Amounts invoiced (machine purchase, payment system, transport, hire fees) are payable on the terms shown on the invoice. GST applies where stated.
This agreement is subject to Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Is an online signature valid in Australia?

Yes. Under the Electronic Transactions Act, an electronic signature is valid where the signer is identified, consents to signing electronically and the method is reliable for the purpose. This booking records your typed name, the exact time you signed, your email, the site address and the terms version, and emails you a copy immediately.

Am I locked into a contract term?

Free placement and hire arrangements can be ended by either side with 30 days written notice. We remove the machine at no cost unless it has been damaged or is unreasonably inaccessible.

Do I pay anything when I sign?
