Payment systems and what they cost
Machine prices are quoted without a payment system so you can match acceptance to the site. A staff-only tea room may only need a card reader, while a public-facing machine usually wants coin, note and card.

What is not included in the machine price?
Prices are quoted plus GST, plus your chosen payment system and plus transport to site. That keeps the machine price honest, because a card reader and freight to a regional site are very different costs from a metro cash-only install.
Can you deliver and install a machine I buy?
Yes. We arrange transport Australia wide, place the machine, fit and test the payment system, load the price file and hand over with a short operator briefing.
Is a food vending machine food-safe for fresh sandwiches?
Yes. Compliant food machines hold product between 3°C and 5°C and use a health timer that stops vending if the cabinet stays above safe temperature, so out-of-temperature stock cannot be sold.
How often does fresh food need rotating?
Most fresh lines run on a two to four day rotation. Sites with lower traffic usually do better with a mix of chilled ready meals and longer-life snacks.
