A well-refurbished commercial platform typically gives 7 to 12 more years of service, because the chassis, refrigeration deck and controller are built for a 20 year duty cycle. The wear items — motors, gaskets, boards and payment gear — are the parts that get replaced.

Can we run two machines side by side?

Yes, and above roughly 120 staff it is usually the better answer than one large unit: a drinks machine next to a snack machine doubles selection depth and removes queueing at break times. Both can run from separate 10 amp outlets on the same wall.

Do you provide sales reporting to the site?

Where telemetry is fitted, yes — monthly reporting on units sold, top selections and refill dates. Without telemetry, the same information comes from the machine audit at each visit; it is just monthly rather than live.
