Where the machine should go
Placement position decides whether a drink machine gets used. The best spot is on the natural traffic path — beside the kitchen entry, near the lift lobby, or in the line of sight from the lunch tables. Machines pushed into a back corner or a store room reliably underperform by a wide margin, and that hurts both of us.
Practical requirements are modest: a flat floor that can carry roughly 300kg loaded, about 900mm width and 900mm depth, 75mm of clearance behind for the condenser, and a dedicated power point. We check the delivery path — lift dimensions, door widths, ramps and thresholds — before we commit to an install date.
Building the office drink mix
An office planogram is not a servo planogram. Water is usually the number-one line, sugar-free variants outsell full-sugar in most professional workplaces, and the afternoon energy-drink spike is real but narrower than people expect. We start with a balanced split, then let three or four weeks of live sales data reshape the facings.

Can staff pay by card only?
Yes. Many offices run card-only machines to avoid cash handling entirely. Tap, phone and QR payment are all supported, and coin or note acceptance can be added if you want it.
How often is the machine restocked?
As often as sales require. Telemetry tells us when lines are running down, so a busy site may be refilled weekly while a quieter one runs fortnightly.
Can we control prices?
We set prices to keep the machine viable, but we discuss them with you. Some employers subsidise water or cap prices for staff — that can be built into the arrangement.
