How the planogram builder works
Choose a machine style first — a six-tray snack machine, a five-tray refrigerated drink machine, or a combination machine that carries snacks up top with chilled drink and fresh-food shelves below. Each style has the real column counts we install, so the layout you see is the layout you get.
Then tick the lines you want. Drinks and fresh food are automatically held in the chilled trays, while snacks, bars, confectionery, coffee sachets and PPE fill the ambient trays. Popular lines are given more than one facing so they do not sell out between service visits.

Getting the mix right for your site
A good planogram matches the people on site, not a generic template. Office and admin sites lean toward water, sugar-free drinks, coffee and healthier snacks. Workshops, warehouses, transport depots and construction sites move energy drinks, larger snacks, fresh food and PPE lines far faster.
Because our machines report stock and sales remotely, we review the planogram after the first few weeks and swap slow columns for lines your people actually buy. Nothing is locked in — the mix can be changed at any time.
Frequently asked questions
What is a vending machine planogram?
A planogram is the layout plan for a vending machine: which product sits in each tray and column, how many facings it gets, and which columns are chilled. It controls what your team can buy and how often the machine needs restocking.
Can I change the planogram after installation?
Yes. We review sales data from the machine and replace slow lines with better sellers at no cost. You can also request changes at any time by phone or email.
How many products fit in one machine?
A six-tray snack machine typically carries 24 to 45 selections, a drink machine 5 to 8 selections with deep columns, and a combination machine up to 60 selections across ambient and chilled zones.
Do you charge to build a planogram?
No. Planogram planning is part of supplying a machine, whether it is a free placement, a lease, a new purchase or a used refurbished machine.
Happy with your layout?
Send us the planogram you just built and we will match it to the right machine for your site, with cashless payment and remote stock monitoring included.
