Free placement is the best deal available when a site has the volume for it, because it costs nothing. Below about 30 daily users the numbers stop working for us to carry the stock and service, and that is exactly where hire steps in: you get the same machine and the same servicing, you pay a monthly fee, and every dollar the machine takes is yours.
Buying outright beats hire once you are confident of the volume and happy to own a depreciating asset with a compressor in it. Hire is the middle ground — no capital, no asset on the books, no repair bills.

Who repairs a hired machine?
We do, including refrigeration faults, for the length of the hire. Repairs and parts are not charged to you.
