Office estates, business parks and multi-tenant buildings
Business parks and office estates are the strongest sites for the free program because head count is concentrated and food retail usually is not. A single machine in a shared lobby or end-of-trip area can serve several tenancies, and building management gets a certificate of currency, electrical test and tag evidence and a documented service schedule for their records.
Where a building has multiple tenants, we deal with the building manager directly so no single office manager is left coordinating access, insurance paperwork and delivery windows around their day job.

Common objections, answered plainly
"Nothing is really free." The machine genuinely is. What funds it is product sales at ordinary retail prices, the same prices your staff pay at a servo or a cafe. If nobody buys anything, we lose and you lose nothing — that is the risk we take, not you.
"We do not want a supplier contract." There is no contract, no minimum term and no exit fee. If the machine does not suit the site, it goes back on the truck at our cost.
"Our building will not approve it." Buildings approve these constantly. What they want is a certificate of currency, test and tag evidence, machine dimensions and load, and a service schedule. We supply all four before delivery.

Yes. Free office machines are fitted with a cashless-ready payment system that accepts contactless cards, phones and wallets. Coin and note acceptance can also be added where the site wants it.
Can we request healthier snack and drink options?
Yes. We can tailor the product range to include healthier snack options, low-sugar drinks, fresh food and allergy-aware selections, then adjust the planogram as staff preferences change.
Can we choose what gets stocked, and change it later?
Yes. The initial planogram is built from your headcount and preferences, then adjusted from real sales data after the first few refills. Sugar-free, low-kJ and allergen-aware selections are common requests and cost nothing extra to accommodate.
Is there a lock-in contract or an exit fee?
No lock-in term and no exit fee on supplied machines. The agreement is a simple placement arrangement that either side can end with 30 days notice; we remove the machine at our cost and patch nothing up on your floor.
How does cashless payment work for staff?
A card reader accepts tap from credit and debit cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, with the transaction settled the same way any retail tap is. Readers are fitted as standard on new placements and can be retro-fitted to most existing machines from $550 installed.
