Vending machines Australia wide — free program or buy outright

Free lease, fully serviced

Vending Machine Lease With Service and Maintenance Included

You can lease vending machines with service and maintenance included from us — and on our free-lease program the lease itself costs nothing. We supply the machine, deliver and install it, insure it, restock it and cover all servicing, parts and breakdown repairs, and the site pays $0. Our return comes from product sales through the machine, which is why there is no lease fee, no service fee and no lock-in term.

What does 'lease with service included' mean?

A serviced lease is an arrangement where the supplier retains ownership of the machine and remains responsible for keeping it working — repairs, parts, refrigeration servicing and payment-system support — instead of handing that responsibility to the site with the keys.

In the Australian market this usually takes one of two forms: a paid lease with a monthly fee and a service schedule, or a free lease (no-cost hire) where the operator also stocks the machine and takes the product margin. We provide the free-lease version, which is the cheaper option for the overwhelming majority of sites.

What is included on a free lease

  • The machine, supplied and delivered at no cost
  • Installation, commissioning and product planogram set up for your people
  • Public liability and machine insurance carried by us
  • Restocking on a schedule driven by telemetry and real sales
  • All servicing, parts, refrigeration work and breakdown attendance
  • Cashless payment system fitted, tested and supported
  • Machine removal at no cost if it does not suit the site

Prices approximate within 10%. A paid lease only makes sense where the site wants the product margin but not the asset.

Who qualifies for a free-lease machine?

The qualifying factor is daily foot traffic, not company size. As a guide, workplaces with 25 or more staff, or public venues with steady daily visitors, comfortably support a machine. Smaller sites are still worth asking about, because a combination machine will often work where two machines would not.

There is no credit check, no bond and no lock-in contract. If the machine does not earn its floor space, we take it away at our cost.

What happens after you enquire about a serviced lease

There is no call centre and no drawn-out sales process. The steps below are the whole process, in order.

  • You tell us the site type, headcount or daily foot traffic, and the state you are in
  • We confirm which machine class fits, and whether free hire, used purchase or new purchase is cheaper for you
  • You get written pricing including GST, transport and payment system, with nothing added later
  • Delivery and installation is scheduled, usually inside one to two weeks of approval
  • Restocking, servicing and payment-system support continue for as long as the machine is on site

Frequently asked questions

Where can I lease vending machines with service and maintenance included?

From us, Australia wide. On our free-lease program the machine, install, insurance, restocking, servicing and repairs are all included and the site pays nothing at any point.

Is a free vending machine really free for the site?

Yes. There is no lease fee, service fee, delivery fee or removal fee. Our income comes from products sold through the machine, so we only do well if the machine is stocked correctly and kept running.

What if the machine breaks down?

You call us and we attend. Parts, labour, refrigeration work and payment-system faults are covered, and telemetry usually alerts us to a fault before the site reports it.

Is there a lock-in contract on a leased machine?

No lock-in on the free-lease program. If the machine does not suit the site, we remove it at no cost to you.

Can we lease a machine and stock it ourselves?

That arrangement is a paid lease rather than a free lease, because the product margin stays with you. Tell us which model you want and we will price it that way.
