Free vending machine program

Free Vending Machines for Australian Workplaces

Our free vending machine program places a fully stocked machine at your site at no cost. There is no purchase price, no rental, no service fee and no contract — we supply, deliver, install, restock and service the machine, and your team buys from it at normal retail prices.

Sound familiar?

  • Staff walk 10 minutes off site for a drink and come back 25 minutes later
  • Nobody wants to own a tea room budget, stock runs, or a broken fridge
  • Every quote you have had so far comes with a hire fee and a 36 month contract

What you get

  • $0 machine hire — no rental, no lock-in contract, cancel with 30 days notice
  • Delivery, install, insurance, servicing and refills are all ours, not yours
  • Site needs roughly 25+ people and a standard power point — that is the whole test

How the free vending machine program works

You provide the floor space and a standard power point. We provide the machine and everything that keeps it running. Because our return comes from product sales, there is no cost to the site at any point.

  • Site assessment — foot traffic, head count, access and power
  • Machine recommendation and product planogram for your people
  • Delivery and installation, usually within a week of approval
  • Scheduled restocking driven by telemetry and real sales data
  • All servicing, parts and breakdown attendance included

Does my site qualify?

The main factor is how many people pass the machine each day. As a guide, sites with 25 or more staff, or public venues with steady daily foot traffic, will support a machine comfortably. Smaller sites are still worth asking about — a combination machine often works where two separate machines would not.

Site sizeUsual recommendation
Under 25 peopleCombination machine, or purchase a small machine outright
25 – 60 peopleCombination machine, or snack plus drink
60 – 150 peopleSeparate snack and drink machines
150+ people or public venueMultiple machines, often including coffee or fresh food

What the machines accept

Every free machine is fitted with modern payment acceptance: cash, tap card, phone and watch. Multi-buy is supported so a customer can take a drink and a snack in a single transaction, and product delivery sensing means a failed drop is not charged.

Free program, or buy your own?

If you want an amenity with zero admin, take the free machine. If you want the sales income, buy the machine — used machines start at $1,650 + GST and new machines are quoted per model.

Frequently asked questions

Is a free vending machine really free?

Yes. No purchase price, no rental, no service fee and no lock-in contract. We own and service the machine and earn from product sales at normal retail prices.

What does the site have to provide?

A level position with clear access, roughly one metre of wall width per machine, and a standard 10 amp power point within about two metres.

How many staff do I need for a free machine?

Around 25 people on site daily is the usual minimum, though public-facing venues with strong foot traffic qualify with fewer staff.

Can we choose the products and prices?

You choose the product mix, including healthier ranges and allergy exclusions. Retail prices are set at normal market rates so the program stays free to the site.

What happens if the machine breaks down?

Call us and we attend. Parts, labour and refunds are our cost, not yours.

How quickly can a machine be installed once we say yes?

Most metropolitan sites are installed within 5 to 10 business days of sign-off, and regional sites go on the next scheduled run for that area. Install itself takes under an hour: the machine is wheeled in, levelled, plugged into a standard 10 amp power point, loaded and price-tested in front of you.

What does the site actually have to provide?

A firm level floor, roughly 900mm of width, and a dedicated 10 amp power point within about 1.5 metres. No plumbing, no data cabling and no building works. If the delivery path has a step or a lift with tight dimensions, tell us up front and we bring the right gear.

Who carries the risk if the machine breaks down?

We do. Servicing, spare parts and insurance on a supplied machine sit with the operator, not with your business. Faults are logged by phone and attended on the next service run, or sooner where the machine is out of action entirely.
