What the free drink vending machine program includes
Everything needed to get a drink vending machine working on your site is covered. You provide the floor space and a power point; we provide the machine and the ongoing service.
Free drink machines are ideal for sites where staff currently walk off site for a cold drink. We supply, deliver, install, stock and service the machine, and your team simply buys from it at normal retail prices.
- Machine supply, delivery and installation at no cost
- Restocking scheduled from real sales data, not a fixed roster
- Breakdown attendance, parts and preventative servicing included
- Cash, card and mobile payment acceptance fitted as standard
- No contract, no rental and no minimum term — the machine can be removed on request
Products your free drink vending machine can stock
A free drink vending machine is loaded with cold cans, 600 ml bottles, sports drinks, iced coffee, juice, flavoured milk and bottled water. Before the machine goes in we run a short planogram consultation so the selections match what your people actually buy.
The range is reviewed after the first few restocks. Slow lines are swapped out, popular lines get more facings, and you can request healthier options or remove specific products at any time.
Where free drink vending machines work best
This machine suits warehouses, gyms, sporting clubs, factories and any site where cold drinks sell year round. Capacity is usually 6 to 10 columns holding 300 to 500 units, so a busy industrial site can run a full week between restocks.
If your site is smaller or the traffic is seasonal, we may recommend a different machine or a combination unit instead. We would rather place the right machine than pull an underperforming one out three months later.

Frequently asked questions
Is a free vending machine really free?
Yes. There is no purchase price, no rental, no service fee and no lock-in contract. We own the machine, deliver it, install it, stock it and service it. Our return comes from the products sold, so staff simply pay normal retail prices at the machine.
How long does installation take?
Most installations are completed in under an hour once the site is approved. You need a standard 10 amp power point within about two metres and a level floor with clear access.
Who restocks and repairs the machine?
We do. Restocking frequency is based on your machine's telemetry and sales history, and breakdown attendance is included at no cost to the site.
How cold does a drink vending machine get?
Product is delivered between 2°C and 6°C. On a warm Australian day a machine can pull down a full load of warm stock in about six to eight hours, so it pays to load the night before an event.
How much power does a drink machine use?
A modern glass-front drink machine with LED lighting and energy saving mode typically draws between 4 and 8 kWh a day, depending on ambient temperature and how often the door is opened.
