Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, business name, contact details, site address and the details you provide about your requirements. We may also collect standard web analytics such as pages visited and referring source.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, assess site suitability, quote and supply machines, arrange delivery and servicing, and keep records required for warranty and tax purposes.
Disclosure
We disclose information only where necessary to fulfil your request — for example to transport providers arranging delivery, to the vending operator or buyer matched to your enquiry, to our CRM (Vendsites) for lead management, and to our email delivery platform — or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Storage, retention and access
Information is stored securely and retained only as long as needed. Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, except records attached to a completed sale or paid invoice which are kept for tax and warranty purposes.
You can request access to, a copy (export) of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email sales@vending-machine.com.au with the subject line “Privacy request”, tell us whether you want an export or deletion, and we will action it within 30 days.
