Price is driven by three things: cabinet type, capacity and how much refurbishment the machine needed. A solid-door snack machine at the bottom of the range is the cheapest way into vending. A wide-cabinet combination machine with a chilled drink deck sits at the top because it does two jobs in one footprint.
Every price below excludes GST, the payment system and transport to your site, because those three vary by location and by how you want to take money.
If a seller cannot tell you which of those were done, the machine has been wiped down, not refurbished. That is the single biggest difference between a good second hand buy and an expensive mistake.
A machine going into a corporate reception needs to look as-new. A machine going into a workshop only needs to work — but both need to function correctly. We will tell you honestly which end of the range your site actually needs.

Transport is quoted per job because it depends on distance, access and whether a tailgate or stair-climb is needed. Machines are heavy and awkward, and a bad delivery is how cabinets get damaged. GST applies to machine prices quoted plus GST; the used coin acceptor is quoted GST inclusive.

The strongest second hand sites are the ones with captive foot traffic and no competing retail: workshops and depots, gyms and sporting clubs, caravan parks, factories on shift work, student accommodation, aquatic centres and busy trade counters. In those locations a machine that cost $2,000 can carry itself in under a year because there is nowhere else to buy a cold drink.
Weak sites look the same on paper but sit next to a servo, a cafe strip or a supermarket. Before you buy, count the people who physically walk past the spot you have in mind each day, not the number employed at the address. That single number is the best predictor of whether a second hand machine works for you.

Interiors, selection panels and delivery bins are cleaned at each refill, and stock is rotated so nothing sits past date. Refrigerated machines are temperature-checked on the same visit, and product recalls are pulled on the next run at our cost.
For a supplied machine, usually only a one page placement agreement — there is no capital request because there is no cost. For a purchase you get a quote listing machine, payment system, freight and GST, which is normally all a finance team needs to raise a PO.
Yes. Equipment finance or a chattel mortgage through your own broker is the usual route and keeps the asset on your books. We supply the itemised quote and serial numbers the financier asks for; we do not take a commission on the finance itself.
