These are the metro areas where our own service runs are densest, which means faster installs, tighter restock intervals and same-week fault attendance. Everything below is serviced at the same $0 cost to a free-program site.

Buying a machine in these areas
If you would rather own the machine and keep the takings, refurbished machines start at $1,650 + GST and new machines are quoted per model. Transport to any of the areas above is quoted with the machine as a single number, and finance or rent-to-own is available.

Frequently asked questions
Do you charge more outside the capital cities?
No. The free workplace program is $0 in every area we service, including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Newcastle and Wollongong. There is no travel charge, delivery fee or call-out fee.
What if my site is outside these ten areas?
Send us your suburb anyway. We service regional centres across all states and territories on scheduled runs, and we will tell you honestly whether a free machine or a purchase suits your site better.
How quickly can a machine be installed?
In the metro areas above, installation is usually within one to two weeks of the site being approved, subject to machine availability and building access requirements.
How often is the machine restocked in my area?
Restock frequency is set by real sales data from the machine's telemetry rather than a fixed schedule. Busy sites are visited weekly, quieter sites fortnightly, and low rows are flagged between visits.
