Pre-install site check
Most failed install days come down to access, not the machine. A photo of the doorway and the lift saves everyone a wasted delivery.
- Delivery path: door widths, corridor turns, thresholds, ramps and lift dimensions
- Floor: level, load capacity and surface — machines are not stable on soft carpet over uneven slab
- Power: dedicated 10-amp GPO within reach, not shared with high-draw kitchen equipment
- Clearance: 75mm behind and above for condenser airflow
- Environment: indoors, out of direct sun and away from ovens or heaters
Install day and commissioning
The machine arrives on a tail-lift truck and is walked in on a heavy-duty trolley. We level it on its feet so the door seals correctly, power it up, and let the cabinet pull down to temperature before the first fill — refrigerated units need a few hours to reach serving temperature, so the first stock goes in cold where possible.
Commissioning covers the payment system: the cashless reader is activated and tested with a live transaction, prices are loaded, and the telemetry connection is confirmed. We then walk your site contact through what to do if a vend fails and how to reach us.

Frequently asked questions
How long does installation take?
Around an hour on site for a standard ground-floor install. Difficult access, upper floors or after-hours work can extend that.
Do you need an electrician?
No, provided there is a standard 10-amp power point within reach. If a new outlet is required, that is your site electrician's work.
Can machines be installed after hours?
Yes, where the site requires it. Let us know at the site-check stage so we can schedule it.
How soon after install can staff buy drinks?
As soon as the cabinet reaches temperature. We aim to load cold stock so the machine is trading the same day.
