Get a Free Vending Machine for Your Office

To get a free vending machine for your office you need floor space, a power point and enough daily users — generally around 30 people on site most days. There is no purchase, rental or service cost: we own the machine, stock it and repair it, and we are paid only when someone buys something.

The three-step process

Getting a machine placed is deliberately simple. Most sites go from first enquiry to a working machine inside three weeks.

  • 1. Send us your headcount, suburb, access hours and a photo of the space if you have one
  • 2. We confirm eligibility and propose a machine type and product list for your staff to review
  • 3. We deliver, install and fill it — you do nothing except tell us where it goes

What the office is responsible for

Very little, but the few things that matter are worth stating plainly. The site provides the floor space and the power, keeps the delivery path clear on install day, and nominates one contact we can call about access. The site does not handle money, stock, cleaning inside the machine, or repairs.

If the office moves or restructures, tell us and we relocate or remove the machine free of charge. There is no contract to exit and no residual value to argue about.

What our service actually covers

Every placed office machine comes with the same service standard.

  • Cashless payment fitted as standard so staff never need coins
  • Product list chosen by your team, adjusted from real sales data
  • Telemetry-driven refills so it does not sit empty
  • Faults and staff refunds handled by us
  • Free relocation or removal on request

Frequently asked questions

How do I apply for a free office vending machine?

Send your headcount, location, access hours and the type of machine you want. We assess eligibility and come back with a proposal, usually within one business day.

Do we sign a long contract?

No lock-in purchase or lease. It is a service arrangement you can end by asking us to collect the machine.

Can we get both a drink and a snack machine?

Yes, on sites with the volume to support both. Smaller offices usually start with a combination machine that carries chilled drinks and snacks in one cabinet.

Can the business subsidise prices for staff?

Yes. Some employers part-subsidise water or fund free-issue lines via RFID staff cards. We set that up during the planogram discussion.

Machine sizes, specifications and PDF spec sheets

Every machine type we place free or sell outright, with real heights, widths, depths, weights, selection counts, capacity, power draw and temperature ranges. Measure your space against these figures before you order — 4 current models across 1 category. Most floor-standing machines are 1,830 mm high and need a single-phase 10 amp power point within two metres, plus about 100 mm clearance behind for airflow.

Every model has its own listing page with a large photo, full specs and a one-page PDF spec sheet you can hand to your electrician, builder or facilities manager — browse all 4 machine listings.

New machine supply, spare parts and national technician support come through our affiliation with Vending Specialists. We are affiliated with AVS, so every new machine quoted from this page is a current Australian-supplied model with local parts, manuals and technician support behind it.
