Cold Drink Vending Machines in Melbourne

We supply cold drink vending machines across Melbourne: free placement for workplaces of around 30+ people, new machines from $4,950 + GST, refurbished used machines from $1,950 + GST, and lease-to-own funding to spread the cost. The Bureau of Meteorology expects above-average daytime temperatures this summer, so Melbourne sites should book before December.

Melbourne areas we cover

Melbourne's weather swings fast, and a run of hot days can arrive with little warning. Telemetry lets refills follow actual sales, so a machine is topped up when a heat spell hits rather than on a fixed date.

Three ways to get a cold drink machine

You can host one free, buy one new, or buy one used — and new or used machines can be paid off over time with lease-to-own finance instead of paying the full price upfront.

A free cold drink machine for hot, thirsty staff

If you'd rather not own a machine at all, we can place one free. We supply, install, stock and service it, and we're paid only from drink sales. There's no purchase price, rental or service fee.

As a guide, a site needs around 30 or more people with daily on-site access, or strong public foot traffic, plus a standard power point. Shift-work and 24-hour sites often qualify with fewer people.

Lease-to-own drink machine funding

Lease-to-own lets a business, club or operator put a new or used cold drink machine on site now and pay it off over an agreed term, owning it at the end. It suits buyers who want the takings but would rather not spend the full price upfront in one go.

Terms depend on the machine, the business and the lender, so we don't publish a standard rate. Send a finance enquiry and we'll come back with options for the specific machine you want.

  • Available on new and refurbished drink machines
  • Payment system and installation can be included in the amount financed
  • You keep the drink sales from day one
  • Ask on the finance page — there's no cost to enquire

What the official summer outlook says

The Bureau of Meteorology's long-range forecast issued 8 October 2026 says daytime temperatures are likely to be above average across Australia for November to January, with overnight temperatures also likely above average (source: Bureau of Meteorology climate outlooks, https://www.bom.gov.au/climate/ahead/outlooks/, checked 10 October 2026).

The Bureau also reports that a strong El Niño is underway and models indicate it is likely to become the strongest El Niño on record since reliable records began in 1950. The Bureau notes El Niño is only one influence on Australian weather, and its strength does not always match its local impact (source: https://www.bom.gov.au/news-and-media/el-nino-strength-doesnt-always-match-impact-on-australia, checked 10 October 2026).

For a workplace, that means planning for more hot days, not predicting a specific temperature. A warmer-than-average season is exactly when an under-sized or slow-to-refill drink machine runs empty.
